RoomToGo proposes a paradigm shift in the rental market, making money, for the first time in the market, for exiting tenants and not just landlords. By uploading their lease on our platform and the estimated date at which they will vacate, students can monetize their housing information, facilitating the search for new tenants and optimizing apartment turnover.

On average, a single room costs 350€ per month, plus about 80€ in utility bills and condominium expenses. In more expensive cities such as Milan, the total cost can exceed 650€ per month.

Many housing units are in pitiful condition, with 42 percent of students reporting significant problems with housing conditions.

In some cities it is almost impossible to find available rooms. Cities such as Bergamo, Padua, Bologna, Milan, Naples and Rome are particularly critical, with a dearth of available listings during the months of highest demand.
