For our marketing team we are looking for a Growth Hacker with at least 2/3 years of experience who can work in the Discovery & Validation phase of the initiatives we carry out in parallel.
The person will need to be familiar with digital tools and social platforms to implement innovative and experimental tactics for acquiring early adopter users or accelerate growth by focusing on unconventional and creative strategies to acquire and retain users, often with limited resources. It will be key to have a practical approach in reaching the user as soon as possible even through offline or old fashion activities (e.g. phone calls). The individual will work closely with product, development and marketing teams to quickly implement ideas and strategies.
Specifically we talk about:
- Experimentation of Acquisition and Growth Strategies: Design and implement experiments to discover new user acquisition channels and growth techniques or quickly understand which is the right channel to activate to reach a specific target.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and work on creating key metrics for the project.
- Funnel Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and optimize each stage of the conversion funnel to maximize user acquisition and retention.
